That kdrama title is “Still 17 “ i think, she got an accident too.. and the male lead thought that he’s the reason why the girl died , but the one who died that time was the friend of the girl ? is that kdrama you mentioned?
I remember few years ago there was Kdrama i used to watch it has exactly like this story too I watched it long time ago so I don't remember the ending much
