I really don't know about this manga coz I just started & already we have an adult mc pretending she can't pronounce words after she is on her 4th life (⊙…⊙ ). Its simply impossible for someone with that sort of mental age unless she has been born with physical deformity in her tongue or mouth, which she clearly hasnt been. There is no reason why she can't speak normally.
